Sweet spot to go camping at eh.   it actually was though even though it was a lil swampy

Finally got my bike on the road and am now able to ride it so I went for an afternoon tour.  Ended up not too far from here on the access road to Coal Mtn Mine.

Island Lake Lodge, a cat ski lodge here in Fernie, puts on a photo competition every year.  This year I got to play in it, I got to shoot a few local rippers for three days and then you cross your fingers that you won something rad.   My crew was Aaron Dunn, Mikel Witlox, and Shannon Whalen.  Instead of uploading 80 million photo;s I am posting a slideshow of the photo's

I haven't made time to update this lately so I'm putting a spattering of eye candy up today.




First up is a collection of images from a engagement shoot I got to do with a super fun couple from Elkford.  We had some beauties light and they were great to go spend the afternoon playin with.

And I'm sure you're all wondering if I can take your photo's.  Well the answer is YES, I still have a weekends available for the summer wedding season, but if your quick I can pencil you into one of them.

This isn't an engagement shoot,  this is just playin photo with a few girls in my lil studio,  which I think is the only studio in town.  

I have no idea why but at least once a day when I'm riding I get CCR's "lookin out my back door" stuck in my head.  I think these photo's might help explain why.  All of these are from while I was workin on either Island Lake or Powder Cowboy's terrain.


For those that know me and my photo habit's I have somehow switched from sepia vignette's to excessively contrasty black and whites.
